Landlord Certificates / cp12s

Landlord certificates (also knows as CP12s) are a legal requirement of a landlord. Without them you're at risk of a hefty fine, and the appliances may be unsafe for tenants to use.

These certificate are only valid for 12 months so it is vitally important to keep on top of them for your sake and the tenants.
